Hotel Stanford New York

I recently stayed at Hotel Stanford for a week-long visit to the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Penn Station, Empire State Building, and numerous restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and even set up a crib for us upon request. The beds were very comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the large tile shower. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide range of high-quality food and beverage choices. I had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, in the heart of the Korean district with bustling restaurants nearby. It is also close to Times Square and other popular attractions. The staff are attentive and provide good service. The rooms are in good condition and come with two double beds, which is a nice bonus. The breakfast, although lacking an outside view, is satisfying, especially the fresh bagels.

The temperature in the rooms could be improved.

We loved staying at this hotel! The central location made it easy to get around and explore the city. It was conveniently located in the Korean area where we found great Asian cuisine and tons of shops. Plus, it was only a short walk to Times Square and other main attraction sites.

Responsive staff, fine breakfast, optimal location so close to Manhattan and the Empire State Building and shopping facilities. Beds were very comfy. Fairly clean and well-maintained hotel in Manhattan district. It was good to have warm drinks in the wine bar.

The stay was absolutely fine! We stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel was divine and fairly clean, with ideal location close to Penn Station. Cereals, fruit, yogurt and pastries looked appetising.

Complimentary coffee available all day and converted to a wine bar in the evening. Helpful and accommodating staff, offering baggage storage for extended periods. There were very good location and rooms for the best stay for one night more. I appreciated cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries for breakfast, which was included.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at Stanford Nyc. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The location was excellent, right in the center of everything. The staff was very polite and friendly. Despite the small elevator, we didn't mind taking the stairs to our 4th-floor room. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay in the city center.

The room was always very tidy and clean. The staff is exceptional, all very nice and willing to help. Perfect room hygiene and clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help.

It's not worth paying for the standard breakfast. Upgrading completely does have an acceptable quality/price ratio, without being exceptional, it is a good breakfast and saves time. Standard breakfast does not work. "Upgrade" quality/price are average in NY, but it can save you time.

We had a blast at Hotel Stanford! The 2nd floor area was perfect for our partying needs. The staff was super helpful and the location was ideal, close to the metro and Empire State Building. The breakfast surpassed our expectations and the welcome gift was a nice touch. a great experience for party people like us.

We were lucky during the first days to benefit from the (real) breakfast offered (weekend promotion): eggs, bacon, waffles, pastries, dairy products, hot drinks, fruit juice.

The complimentary breakfast is served in a very small room and consists of a fruit (banana), 2 croissants and a hot drink. The staff are not very friendly when they point out that breakfast is on the ground floor for you .

Breakfast was not very varied, little choice. dark room, only the wall of the neighbouring building was visible from the window. the thermostat in the room did not allow for setting a comfortable temperature in the room - it usually blew cold air from it despite being set to the highest temperature.

We arrived early and they stored our luggage and even offered us complimentary drinks and snacks. the location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance to many popular attractions. Another great aspect was the included breakfast, which had a variety of options and was a convenient way to start the day.

The room itself was quite disappointing. It was in desperate need of a renovation, with grubby walls, outdated furnishings, and a small bathroom.

It was very hot in the room, thermostat locked!!! Forced to open the windows a roof in the middle of February! Breakfast included in the price of the room very limited (dry croissants for example) and living room not big enough.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Penn Station, Times Square and many attractions. While the room was small and outdated, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic but adequate. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel's location in the heart of Manhattan Midtown is simply unbeatable. With Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Broadway all within walking distance, it's the perfect base for exploring the city. Additionally, being situated in the Korean district means there are plenty of bustling restaurants nearby to try out.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the slightly noisy air conditioning, but it didn't pose a major problem.

Ideally located between 5th and 6th avenues in Midtown. Hotel just steps from a subway station, 5 minutes walk from Times square, clean, good bedding, non-French speaking staff but very helpful. It was great!

Very good location, close to the metro station, in walking distance some important points to visit. Very close to the main shopping centre - just in time for the November sales. You can get to the megabus station on foot.
